A journey through your Body to your Heart in the Breathwork, Yoga and Meditation Retreat
You are invited to a week of a transformative journey: A journey to your heart in its infinite expression of love, peace and joy.
Why transformative? Through the practice of Breathwork (connected breathing), Yoga asana and meditation you will bring pure consciousness into each and every cell of your body. To re-connect with your heart’s deepest wishes – also known as your intuitive compass. Ultimately change in your life will be inevitable. Are you ready?
Where does the compass of your heart lead you? Which priorities does the voice of your heart want you to acknowledge? What did you ignore all those years of functioning in your many roles? In which areas of your life do you feel intuitively that change will occur through shining the light of awareness on it?
In these seven days you will experience yourself with open attentiveness. Full of curiosity of what your heart wants you to experience: a deep inner healing. A forgiveness you might not even know you are longing for. An expression of gratitude for this very life which you creatively live. An inner transformation towards your blooming authenticity.

The teachers
Felicia was a passionate art historian and has now committed herself completely to holistic body- psycho-therapies and somatic trauma healing. She has experienced firsthand the great potential in the breath through its linking of the body, mind and subconsciousness. It is an instant tool to go beyond your mind clutter. The breath is a tool to feel. To reveal. To integrate.
A few years ago Felicia’s Breathwork journey began with a holotropic Breathwork session. She began her own training with an education in Rebirthing (founded by Leonard Orr) and is now a certified Breathworker.
Francesco is an all time explorer of the world and ultimately of himself. During log distant solo walks through Europe and the Himalayas he has discovered that life in simplicity inherits everything that our needs and desires are asking for. Francesco understood also that lived connections with each other is the healing tool itself. With breathwork he found a way to support you with your individual topics as well as using the interaction to help you resolve the discomfortable happenings in your life. He is a certified Breathworker and currently in education about trauma-healing and healing through the mind-body-connection

By Car
Located on the Tyrolean Fernpass, in the north-west of Austria, close to the German border the AlpenRetreat is easily reached via the Fernpassstrasse B179 (E532).
At the top of the Fernpass (Fernpasshöhe) there is a petrol station named "Dolle". Opposite of it on the other side of the street is a roadside restaurant (Fernpaß Rast), a red building, and a big yellow building (the former Fernpass hotel). Follow the small street between the restaurant and the yellow house for about 200m and you have reached the AlpenRetreat.
Places connected by the Fernpassstraße
Füssen – Reutte – Heiterwang – Lermooser Tunnel – Fernpass (AlpenRetreat) – Nassereith. At the border-tunnel in Füssen the Fernpassstrasse connects with the federal highway 310 and the A 7. In Nassereith it merges into the B 189 along the Inntal (Inn valley) in direction south-east towards Telfs and in south-west direction towards Imst.
In winter it is compulsory in Austria to have winter tires on your car. Although the Fernpassstrasse is well maintained and therefore easily accessible, sometimes the streets can still be covered in snow. In exceptional cases snow chains may be required (very rarely). If you are coming with a rental car, make sure it is equipped with winter tires (the rental company is obliged to provide this).
