Laugh with your inner child!

A loving encounter with your inner child in the Breathwork, Meditation & Yoga Retreat

Imagine how your life would change if you were emotionally ready to acknowledge and integrate all the facets of your feelings. … if you admit that you alone are responsible for the joy and harmony in your life. … if you allow yourself to experience your life curiously, spontaneously, playfully and lively. How w ould you feel with the thought of cultivating respectful and loving relationships a nd also creating your life consciously in a way you  deeply wish for.

To an immense degree our life is represented by the imprint of our childhood. Your inner child is more than just a metaphor – it is an active contributor to your life: consciously, when you are reminded by positive childhood experiences through your spontaneity, enthusiasm, amazement and childlike curiosity. According to unfulfilled desires and needs in your childhood the longing for unconditional love and acceptance is shining through how you – your inner child – is reacting to situations, how you experience life in general.

The awareness practises Breathwork (connected breathing), meditation and yoga (no previous experience necessary) will allow you to go on a beautiful soul voyage of discovery. The breath itself is pure consciousness! It is the bridge between the body and the unconscious and allows us to connect with our body memory and hidden traumas.

On the one hand we want to shine a light on the positive experiences of your childhood and use it as a resource. On the other hand we will consciously give ourselves the appreciation, awareness and care, which might have not been satisfied in your childhood years. We will try to integrate and solve conscious and unconscious development trauma. Acknowledgment is key. And maybe even forgiveness can follow. We want to witness our inner child and support it on its healing journey.

“It is never too late for a happy childhood”, as Erich Kästner said and it is also never too late to decide for a self-determined and harmonious life, which starts

The teachers

Yoga-Teacher-AlpenRetreat-Austria

Felicia was a passionate art historian and has now committed herself completely to holistic body- psycho-therapies and somatic trauma healing. She has experienced firsthand the great potential in the breath through its linking of the body, mind and subconscious. It is an instant tool to go beyond your mind clutter. The breath is a tool to feel. To reveal. To integrate.

A few years ago Felicia’s Breathwork journey began with a holotropic Breathwork session. She began her own training with an education in Rebirthing (founded by Leonard Orr) and is now a certified Breathworker in training.

Francesco is an all time explorer of the world and ultimately of himself. During log distant solo walks through Europe and the Himalayas he has discovered that life in simplicity inherits everything that our needs and desires are asking for. Francesco understood also that lived connections with each other is the healing tool itself. With breathwork he found a way to support you with your individual topics as well as using the interaction to help you resolve the discomfortable happenings in your life. He is a certified Breathworker in training and currently in education about trauma-healing and healing through the mind-body-connection

By Car

Located on the Tyrolean Fernpass, in the north-west of Austria, close to the German border the AlpenRetreat is easily reached via the Fernpassstrasse B179 (E532).
At the top of the Fernpass (Fernpasshöhe) there is a petrol station named "Dolle". Opposite of it on the other side of the street is a roadside restaurant (Fernpaß Rast), a red building, and a big yellow building (the former Fernpass hotel). Follow the small street between the restaurant and the yellow house for about 200m and you have reached the AlpenRetreat.

Places connected by the Fernpassstraße
Füssen – Reutte – Heiterwang – Lermooser Tunnel – Fernpass (AlpenRetreat) – Nassereith. At the border-tunnel in Füssen the Fernpassstrasse connects with the federal highway 310 and the A 7. In Nassereith it merges into the B 189 along the Inntal (Inn valley) in direction south-east towards Telfs and in south-west direction towards Imst.

In winter it is compulsory in Austria to have winter tires on your car. Although the Fernpassstrasse is well maintained and therefore easily accessible, sometimes the streets can still be covered in snow. In exceptional cases snow chains may be required (very rarely). If you are coming with a rental car, make sure it is equipped with winter tires (the rental company is obliged to provide this).
