Energy Workshop –  Radiant Body with Debbie Caruso
We are not victims of our genes, but masters of our fates, able to create lives overflowing with peace, happiness, and love.”  –  Bruce Lipton
Even if we live healthy lives our bodies are still bombarded with energies that they are not evolved sunriseyoga2to deal with…Electro magnetic energies in the air, cell phones, computers, microwaves, pollution, pesticides, chemicals etc.  Most of us also lead pretty stressful lives and have to deal with time schedules, pressure with the family and at our jobs, daily traffic jams and multi tasking. No wonder so many people suffer from stress and anxiety these days! When we do become ill we often take medication which usually upsets the balance of our system further and can lead to even more problems. The most effective way for us to stay healthy, radiant and joyful is to learn to work with our own energies and with the energies of our loved ones. It is also very empowering!
Energy Work is Soul Workimg_00372
When all your energies are brought into harmony, your body flourishes. And when your body flourishes, your soul has a soil in which it can blossom in the world. These are the ultimate reasons for energy medicine—to prepare the soil and nurture the blossom.”  –  Donna Eden
In this workshop we will be learning about and working with different energy systems  – the Chakras, Meridians, Five Elements & Aura. I will show you some of  the best and most effective way to work with these energies to stay balanced and healthy. I will be teaching the 5 minute Daily Energy Routine from Donna Eden. Simple and effective techniques to help deal with stress, and how to work with Extraordinary Meridians, or Radiant Circuits to bring deep healing, joy and vitality into our lives, We will also be connecting, strengthening & balancing through some beautiful  Yoga, Qigong & Mediation practices and hopefully (weather permitting) spending some time hiking and practicing outside in the beautiful surroundings of the AlpenRetreat.
My aim for this workshop is for you to recharge, relax and have fun. I want you to go away feeling empowered….and with a toolbox of simple, effective and practical techniques that you can use in your everyday life to keep you healthy, balanced and radiant.

A little bit about me…I love Energy!  My passion in life is working with, teaching and empowering others to take control of their own health, wellness and happiness by working with the energies of the body. I love researching and practicing different healing methods and passing my knowledge on to others so they can get to know their true selves and learn to work with their unique energies. When our energies are strong, balanced and flowing we are Radiant! When we heal and empower ourselves we become a healing force for everybody around us. Good energy is contagious!
These methods have helped me personally many times over the years and I believe can help everyone, regardless of their situation. Energy Medicine really is the way of the future.
I’m a Qigong & Yoga teacher, a Qigong therapist, Acupressurist (SNHC), Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, full instructor with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, member of the Qigong Institute, Nature lover, book reader and explorer of healing techniques and practices 🙂

By Car

Located on the Tyrolean Fernpass, in the north-west of Austria, close to the German border the AlpenRetreat is easily reached via the Fernpassstrasse B179 (E532).
At the top of the Fernpass (Fernpasshöhe) there is a petrol station named "Dolle". Opposite of it on the other side of the street is a roadside restaurant (Fernpaß Rast), a red building, and a big yellow building (the former Fernpass hotel). Follow the small street between the restaurant and the yellow house for about 200m and you have reached the AlpenRetreat.

Places connected by the Fernpassstraße
Füssen – Reutte – Heiterwang – Lermooser Tunnel – Fernpass (AlpenRetreat) – Nassereith. At the border-tunnel in Füssen the Fernpassstrasse connects with the federal highway 310 and the A 7. In Nassereith it merges into the B 189 along the Inntal (Inn valley) in direction south-east towards Telfs and in south-west direction towards Imst.

In winter it is compulsory in Austria to have winter tires on your car. Although the Fernpassstrasse is well maintained and therefore easily accessible, sometimes the streets can still be covered in snow. In exceptional cases snow chains may be required (very rarely). If you are coming with a rental car, make sure it is equipped with winter tires (the rental company is obliged to provide this).
