Love Yoga – Jivamukti Yoga weekend Retreat
Perfectly timed as the new growth of spring appears, this weekend will be sure to replenish the spirit! As our focal point, our intention will be to use our practice as a tool to open our awareness to our own feelings and development, and observe nature as the key instruction for how to aligne our mood with the renewal of spring in a pristine natural setting. Both Libby and Moni, co-providers of Love Yoga will administer this retreat, offering hands on assists during classes and German translations when requested. Libby Love will lead daily lessons, including vigorous Jivamukti classes which touch on spiritual ecology, evening Yin and mild yoga, and closing practices such as meditation and chanting.
Take a journey, the mind can travel far, though the foot makes but a short foray.

About the teachers
Libby Love has been practicing yoga for 20 years and is a certified Jivamutki Yoga teacher, giving lessons and workshops at international festivals and yoga studios in Europe and America since 2007. She is the founder of Love Yoga and co-provides a Love Yoga Room with Moni Egger in Kufstein, Austria. In her classes, she caters to the possibilities of each student with a focus on alignment and flow.
Her intent is for the students to work with their breath and intuition, focusing inner strength in order to direct what the physical body can achieve. She believes that the goal of
yoga is to find the connectedness of the individual to all beings, and that, in so doing, one can realise strength and confidence through the practice and peace and happiness in life.
Moni Egger was from her first Yoga class on excited about the positive aspects Yoga offers to all parts of our daily life. In the method of Jivamukti Yoga she found her home base and the inspiration to dive deeper, not only into asana practice but also into the philosophical aspects. She is a certified Jivamukti Teacher, teaching regular classes at Love Yoga Room Kufstein since 2015.
Through continuing education in the Jivamukti tradition she finds the inspiration to offer her students a living and vigorous teaching. She finds restorative yoga is a beneficial counterpart to the physically challenging Jivamukti practice. Her intention is to introduce as many as possible of the positive effects of Yoga, no matter how old or how experienced one is. “Better late than never” – starting with Yoga can be the key to positively enhance one’s life.

Located on the Tyrolean Fernpass, in the north-west of Austria, close to the German border the AlpenRetreat is easily reached via the Fernpassstrasse B179 (E532).
At the top of the Fernpass (Fernpasshöhe) there is a petrol station named "Dolle". Opposite of it on the other side of the street is a roadside restaurant (Fernpaß Rast), a red building, and a big yellow building (the former Fernpass hotel). Follow the small street between the restaurant and the yellow house for about 200m and you have reached the AlpenRetreat.
Places connected by the Fernpassstraße
Füssen – Reutte – Heiterwang – Lermooser Tunnel – Fernpass (AlpenRetreat) – Nassereith. At the border-tunnel in Füssen the Fernpassstrasse connects with the federal highway 310 and the A 7. In Nassereith it merges into the B 189 along the Inntal (Inn valley) in direction south-east towards Telfs and in south-west direction towards Imst.
In winter it is compulsory in Austria to have winter tires on your car. Although the Fernpassstrasse is well maintained and therefore easily accessible, sometimes the streets can still be covered in snow. In exceptional cases snow chains may be required (very rarely). If you are coming with a rental car, make sure it is equipped with winter tires (the rental company is obliged to provide this).
